Well.
I know I've been away for some time now, and I'd like to make up for it by uploading this 5 hour box set from 1987. Originally released in small quantities on ZSF product, this infamous assimilation of albums has now been re-issued multiple times. (actually, there's been a great re-issue just this year, including these 5 cassettes and Pornoise Extra, go check it out!)

Merzbow - Envois 216 (Compilation Track, 1981) DOWNLOAD

Envois 216 is one of the oldest surviving Merzbow recordings. It was featured on Ylem's "Foam" compilation in 1981. This compilation featured artists from many genres that made up the Japanese underground music "scene" at that time. Interestingly, Masami was called (mislabeled?) "Mezburo" on this record. Enjoy!
